Every effort will be made to ship your items as soon as possible after your order is placed. Our turnaround time is typically 10-14 days. If you need your item for a specific event, please let us know at check out. All of our items are customized products. You can email us at info@2Tsandme.com if you have any questions on the status of your order or shipment. Expedited service is available for a fee but it will not expedite your shipping service. It just makes the order an in-house rush. Please call or email for availability. Always feel free to email us at info@2TsandME.com for order status or if you need to upgrade from ground shipping (additional freight charges will apply). Once your item has been completed and is packed and ready to be delivered to you, you will receive a tracking number from USPS. Shipping starts out at $5.60.
All monogramming is completed in our "boutique" in Crawfordville, FL. If you are near Crawfordville and would like to pick up your item, please just choose "pick up" at check out. Once your item is ready, we will email you with pick up information. It saves you on shipping!
PLEASE check your order over carefully! We will follow your instructions to a T, so make sure your order is just as you want it to appear when you open your package! Please feel free to contact us via email at info@2TsandME.com with any questions that you may have about monogram placements, fonts or font color choices. There are NO RETURNS on any personalized items but we will do our very best to make you pleased. With that being said, please check and double check your text boxes.... My last name starts with a C...which is very close to V on the keyboard. "Vlore" is just scary. Clore on a towel looks lovely...Vlore...not so much!
Items from 2Ts & ME Monogramming Boutique are customized products. There is no return or exchange on any item but we are human and mistakes do happen. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 7 days. After 7 days, no replacements will be given, and if a replacement or store credit is deemed necessary, we do not credit back shipping charges. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason please email us at Molly@2TsandME.com.
Monogram fonts can vary from letter to letter, and we are not able to return or redo any item for mistakes with your monogram order or if you are not happy with the way that a letter looks. You may view a pdf of all of our fonts on the "Fonts Page" located under each item to view each letter of each font before you order.
